During your 1:1 session with our experienced Practitioner, you will learn how to mindfully build a posture, breathwork and mediation practice tailored to your body and lifestyle demands. At the beginning of each session the Practitioner will conduct a brief check in to determine your needs, goals and physical limitations. At the end of each visit, clients will have digital access to images and tutorials of the sequences curated during the session. A consultation must be completed prior to the initial yoga session.

Reiki is a non-invasive CAM’s practice used to channel universal life energy to the "recipient" in an environment that promotes deep relaxation while supporting the body's natural healing abilities. The primary goal is to balance the flow of energy through the chakras and meridians that can become blocked and disrupted after experiencing physical injury, trauma or stress. Each session will last 60 minutes. Recipients will remain clothed during the session and should wear loose comfortable clothing.
Some individuals may experience emotional release during or after the session such as feeling peaceful, tearful or gaining clarity on issues. Recipients may also experience a warm tingly sensation, pulsating sensation or “out of body” sensation during the session that may last 24-48 hours after the session. The goal of rosewater diffusion is to increase the body's natural ability to rest and recover by stimulating the limbic system. The limbic system is the brain’s emotional center responsible for regulating stress producing emotions like anxiety, anger, fear and depression.
